BEND COMEDY FESTIVAL

The Bend Comedy Festival is a nonprofit celebration of stand-up, community, and creativity- happening Labor Day Weekend 2025 in beautiful Bend, Oregon.

This brand-new festival will bring together national headliners, breakout talent, and Oregon’s best local comedians for three days of nonstop laughter. With 20+ events across downtown venues like Midtown Ballroom, Volcanic Theatre Pub, and Silver Moon Brewing, BCF is all about good comedy, good people, and building something lasting for Bend’s arts scene.

Run by a queer and women led nonprofit, the Bend Comedy Festival is here to spotlight fresh voices and bring world-class comedy to Central Oregon. Whether you're a longtime fan or brand new to stand-up, this weekend’s for you.

Maxx is a stand-up comedian and alpha male based in Los Angeles, California. His dynamic stage presence and his sharp writing interweave to create a one-of-a-kind live experience for any audience. Whether he's poking fun at his bisexual dating life or telling tales of the three extra years he spent with his parents, Maxx brings it.

Maxx is a paid regular at San Francisco Punch Line, Cobb’s Comedy Club and the San Jose Improv, and he has opened for Tim Dillon, Jinkx Monsoon, and Doug Stanhope. Stanhope once tweeted that Maxx was a “very funny kid,” and Maxx regularly opens for Doug on his California dates.

Maxx was a featured performer at San Francisco Sketchfest, Netflix is a Joke Festival and Atlanta’s Laughing Skull Comedy Festival, as well as a finalist in the prestigious San Francisco International Comedy Competition. He can be heard on Sirius XM and seen on Don't Tell Comedy.
